Our Purpose:
Our kid's ministries exist to create a safe, welcoming, and secure space where children can encounter Jesus through worship and the Word of God.
What We Offer
Kids Church is part of the 11:00 AM service at The Gathering Church. Children are checked in and out securely at our manned kiosk before entering the Kids Church Sanctuary.
During their time with us, they will:
- Participate in engaging worship.
- Learn through dynamic Bible lessons.
- Explore their creativity with faith-based crafts.
- Enjoy a snack before the day concludes.
Schedule
Check-In:10:45 AM
Check-Out: At the close of the 11:00 service
Our Goals
- Guide children to accept Jesus into their lives.
- Foster personal connections by knowing each child by name.
- Equip and empower leaders to confidently serve.
- Create an environment filled with joy, learning, and FUN.
Why Kids Church Matters
-Encourages Parental Involvement: When children are excited about church, parents are more likely to attend faithfully.
- Reaches Unchurched Families: Children’s ministry is a powerful way to share the Gospel with families unfamiliar with church life.
- Celebrates Fun for God’s Glory: God created fun for His glory, and we believe joyful experiences honor Him.
While we avoid making entertainment an idol, we embrace fun as a way to engage hearts and minds.
